Sweet Acres Farm
I collaborated with a web design firm to create a logo for Sweet Acres Farm, a business that breeds dogs and hosts a summer camp. The client wanted to incorporate both a horse and a dog to reflect their offerings, while ensuring the design would appeal to both children and adults.
Design Development
To appeal to both children and adults, I selected a bold, playful typeface that complements the animal imagery. I explored various design directions, including an alternate version with a rustic palette of warm reds and oranges to evoke a traditional farm feel.
The final logo uses a dark green to represent nature, stability, and growth, accented with warm gold for a touch of sophistication. The horse and dog silhouettes were refined for clarity and balance within a circular format, allowing for versatility across applications.
Final Deliverables
The final deliverables included three logo variations: a horizontal layout, a stacked version, and icon-only. These ensure the brand remains consistent and recognizable across signage, merchandise, social media, and digital use.
